Assemblage de 50% Pinot Noir & 50%Chardonnay. Selon la méthode traditionnelle: seconde fermentation en bouteille.
Pour le Chardonnay, 6 Millésimes différents sont utilisés. Ensuite un élevage de 24 mois sur lattes avant dégorgement. Cette méticuleuse technique d’élaboration confère un intense nez fruité et des arômes raffinés en bouche.
